The Baragwi Farmers Cooperative Society is the biggest in Kenya. Today, they operate 12 washing stations and have over 15,000 members. Having standardised their processing methods in all the factories sees them having excellent quality and consistency. All their factories have been upgraded with tiles on the washing channels which lowers the risk of infection during processing and they are replacing the wooden drying tables with more efficient metal ones.
